Sue Baldwin

Sue Baldwin is an Electrified Mobility Program Manager with the Climate, Action, Sustainability and Resiliency Office at the City and County of Denver. She is part of CASR’s Mobility and Energy team focused on market transformation programming and capital projects and energy and mobility policy work. Her focus is on activating behavior change around mobility decisions with direct to resident incentive programming. Prior to joining the city, she has spent her career in the non-profit sector focused on economic development in the ski industry and bringing sporting events to Denver and transportation with Denver B-cycle, the nation’s first large-scale bike sharing system.
