Cinthia De La Rosa is a seasoned urban planning and community development professional with a deep commitment to public health, resiliency, and community-driven change. With over 15 years of experience, she has led transformative projects across New York City and Puerto Rico, equipping community-based organizations with the tools to drive participatory processes and advance health equity. Passionate about empowering communities of color and low-income neighborhoods, Cinthia specializes in forging partnerships that dismantle systemic barriers and create environments where all residents can thrive. Her expertise spans public health, community engagement, and organizing, with a focus on fostering inclusive, sustainable solutions. Cinthia holds a Bachelor's in Human Biology and an MPH in Social Behaviors and Community Health from the University at Albany, a management certificate from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and a Master’s in Urban Planning from New York University. An avid endurance athlete, she has completed multiple marathons, triathlons, and most recently, an Ironman 70.3 and the Tokyo Marathon. A longtime resident of Washington Heights, she finds joy in running through her neighborhood, getting lost in a good book, and dancing whenever she gets the chance.
